NEWTON COUNTY, Ga. — The Newton County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a suspect in the double murders of a Fulton County Deputy and her brother.
Deputy Shakeema Jackson and her brother, Levoy Browy, were shot and killed at a home in Covington last week.

Deputies said Jaquavia Jackson was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of murder and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Newton County Sheriff Ezell Brown said that the incident may have been domestic.
Jackson leaves behind a 17-month-old child.
