“Providing excellent customer service starts with making it easy for residents to reach us,” said Mayor Mary Robichaux.

“311 gives our community one simple number to access routine City services while reinforcing that 911 remains the number for police, fire and medical emergencies. It’s another way we’re making City government more accessible and responsive to the people we serve.”

If you’re calling from outside Roswell or are unable to connect to 311, call Customer Service at 770-641-3727.

The number 311 is not a replacement for the Roswell Police Department’s non-emergency phone number or 911.
