FAYETTE COUNTY, Ga.,None — Fayette County deputies are looking for a man who broke into a gas station and stole beer.
The theft happened around 12:14 a.m. Tuesday.
Surveillance video showed a man with a shotgun approaching a closed BP gas station on Corinth Road, deputies said. They said the man fired into the front window of the gas station and snatched two cases of beer. The man then walked away towards Corinth Road.
Deputies only had a vague description of the thief, and his head was covered, but surveillance video showed a similar looking man at the store hours before the theft. Anyone with information is asked to call the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office at 770-461-6353.
