ATLANTA,None — Police in Atlanta said officers suspect a man who crashed a U-Haul truck into a building had been drinking.
The truck ran into a northwest Atlanta commercial building several times Tuesday morning, police said.
Andrew Wiggins was charged with theft by taking, hit and run, and giving a false name.
Police said Wiggins was arrested at an apartment complex on Center Street.
