Voters in Georgia’s 13th Congressional District can begin casting their ballots early Saturday, August 15, in the special election runoff.

The runoff is Tuesday, Aug. 25, and will determine who will represent Georgia’s 13th Congressional District in the U.S. House.
Georgia’s 13th Congressional District includes Rockdale County and parts of Clayton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Henry and Newton counties.
Gwinnett County
When: Saturday, August 15 through Friday, August 21
Where:
- Gwinnett County Voter Registrations and Elections Beauty P. Baldwin Building, 455 Grayson Highway, Suite 200, Lawrenceville
- Gwinnett Community Resource Center at Bethany Church Road, 3025 Bethany Church Road, Snellville
- Lucky Shoals Park Community Recreation Center, 4651 Britt Road, Norcross
Hours:
- Saturday, August 15: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sunday, August 16: No voting
- Monday, August 17–Friday, August 21: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Eligible Gwinnett voters can vote at any of the three advance voting locations.
DeKalb County
When: Saturday, Aug. 15 through Friday, Aug. 21
Where: County Line-Ellenwood Library, 4331 River Road, Ellenwood
Hours:
- Saturday, August 15: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sunday, August 16: Noon to 5 p.m.
- Monday, August 17 through Friday, August 21: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Rockdale County
When: August 17-21
Where: Rockdale Board of Elections Office, 1115 West Avenue SW, Conyers, Ga.
Hours:
- August 17-18: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- August 19-21: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Newton County
When: Monday, August 17 through Friday, August 21
Where: R.L. Cousins Community Center, 8134 Geiger St. NW, Covington, GA 30014
Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
Newton County says there will be no advance voting at Turner Lake Recreation Center or Prospect Church at Oak Hill for this election.
Henry County
When: Monday, August 17 through Friday, August 21
Where:
- Merle Manders Conference Center, 111 Davis Road, Stockbridge
- J.P. Moseley Recreation Center, 1041 Millers Mill Road, Stockbridge
Hours: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.
