ATLANTA, Ga. — The Atlanta Police Department has shut down the road at Hartford Avenue and Dill Avenue in a southwest Atlanta neighborhood.
Channel 2’s Darryn Moore also spotted multiple APD units along Sylvan Road, right in front of Sylvan Middle School.

At this time, police have not said what they are investigating.
Atlanta Public Schools says Sylvan Middle School will be open as normal on Monday morning, but are asking parents and students to avoid Dill Ave. APS officers will help direct students who walk to school.
