Admission and parking is free.

Aside from the duck race, there will be food trucks, bounce houses, face painting, a petting zoo, and other kid-friendly activities.

When participants purchase their duck “adoption,” their name is paired with a number.

The “adoption” number is then placed on a stylish rubber duck sporting sunglasses.

TRENDING STORIES:

Once the ducks are released, they race down a 1/10-mile course.

The first duck to cross the finish line wins their “adoptive” parent a $10,000 prize.

Each of the next 10 ducks in the order they cross the finish line will also win prizes.

Though you don’t get to keep your individual duck(s), non-numbered souvenir ducks will be available for purchase at the event.

Ducks can be “adopted” for $6 for a single duck, $30 for a pack of 6, and $125 for a pack of 25, and can be purchased here.
