GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A Gwinnett County high school had to be evacuated after someone set a fire inside a bathroom.
Firefighters said a student from South Gwinnett High School called 911 shortly before 8:30 a.m. on Thursday because a hallway was filling up with smoke.
When firefighters arrived, they found a small fire in a bathroom, which they put out quickly.
Fire investigators said the fire did not spread to other areas of the school and there was no structural damage from the fire.
