GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — An employee was killed in a work-related accident at a Gwinnett County facility, according to police.

On Sept. 10, Gwinnett County police said officers responded to the incident at Global Industrial and confirmed an employee died as a result of the accident.
Authorities said there were no indications of foul play.

“Our thoughts are first and foremost with the family and our employees. The matter is currently under investigation,” a Global Industrial spokesperson said.
Police have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the accident or the employee’s identity.
The incident remains under investigation.
