Bradley appeared in court for a bond hearing Friday, where a detective and the victim’s mother testified. Mosley’s mother read a prepared statement, begging the judge to deny bond for Bradley, and became so emotional that she had to leave the courtroom.

THE EVIDENCE DETECTIVES PRESENTED IN COURT

Detective Nathaniel Wachowiak tested that Bradley found Mosley’s phone on an escort website. Investigators found no evidence that the two knew each other before the day she was killed.

Inside the apartment, police found a power saw and a bloody handsaw, along with blood throughout much of the home. Wachowiak described a strong smell of bleach and seeing empty cleaning bottles, a mop, bucket, and carpet cleaner.

He also testified that trash bags and bleach were ordered through Bradley’s DoorDash account that day. Investigators later found additional remains wrapped in trash bags inside the trunk of the rental car Mosley had been driving.

THE SUSPECT’S ALLEGED FACETIME CALL

According to the detective, Bradley’s father told police that his son had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia and had not been taking his medication.

Wachowiak then described what Bradley’s girlfriend said she overheard while on Facetime with him when his father came home that evening.

“She overheard Kenneth say to Kingston, ‘There’s a body in here. What did you do? Get rid of it,” Wachowiak testified.

Bradley’s father is not facing any charges and it’s unclear if he will be charged.

WHY THE JUDGE DENIED BOND

Prosecutors argued Bradley would put the community at risk if he was released. The judge denied bond, so Bradley will remain in the Cobb County jail.
