The drummer for Athens-based band The Whigs has penned a touching letter to the victims of the Manchester bombing -- a year-and-a-half after he survived the horrifying attack at the Bataclan theater in Paris.

Atlanta native Julian Dorio, who now lives in Nashville, was sitting in on drums with Eagles of Death Metal on Nov. 13, 2015 when gunmen stormed the concert venue and killed 89 people. Dorio (pictured above in the gray cap), was able to escape unharmed along with all four other band members.
