DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County police are investigating a shooting and a person struck by a car at a shopping plaza Wednesday night.
The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. at a shopping plaza on S. Hairston Road near Decatur.
Officers said the shooting happened at a Publix grocery store and the two people involved in the incident ended up in front of a nearby Walgreens drug store.
Investigators told Channel 2's Rachel Stockman the shooting victim is alive, but another person was fatally struck by a car.
