BROOKHAVEN, Ga. — The Brookhaven Police Department said officers found a missing 7-year-old boy and arrested the boy’s biological father in his disappearance.
Dash Zeno was reported missing Monday evening after he disappeared from the Berkshires at Lenox Park Apartments. That’s near Cross Keys High School.

Investigators said Curtis did not have any custodial rights to take the boy. He is being charged with interference with custody. Curtis is expected to be booked into the DeKalb County Jail.

Through some strong leads, Brookhaven police determined that the boy had been taken by his biological father, Quandell Michael Curtis, 37, and they found him at Curtis’ apartment in the Austell area.
Police said Dash was found safe and unharmed. He is currently being reunited with mother.
