DUNWOODY, Ga. — A driver is lucky they weren’t more seriously hurt after crashing their Porsche into a tree in Dunwoody.
The wreck happened late Tuesday night along Meadow Lane near Ridgeview Road.
The Porsche was speeding, according to police, when it slammed into the tree with enough force to split the car in half.

“The driver’s seat was the only section of the cabin left intact,” the police department said in a post on Facebook.
Meadow Lane was closed while the police investigated the crash.
The driver miraculously walked away with only minor injuries.
