They say his arrest stems from an Oct. 22 incident on Strathmoor Circle. He is accused of attacking and robbing a minor with a silver gun. He was trying to take the minor’s iPhone, cross body bag and wallet.
The warrant says that other people were involved, and that Nutall and the victim were acquaintances from the neighborhood.
While arresting him, officers found a loaded gun, a Bulldog .44 special, in a shoulder bag he was wearing.

The initial warrant charged Nutall with armed robbery. He is now being charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a license, possession of a pistol by a person underage and carrying a weapon within school safety zones.
He is currently being held in the DeKalb County Jail without bond.
