ATLANTA — A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has expired for northwest Georgia and metro Atlanta as of 3 a.m.
Severe Weather Team 2 said there could be a few isolated severe storms from midnight to 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Temperatures Thursday morning will drop down to around 40 in town, but some areas could be in the 30s.
The rain is expected to clear out and turn much cooler for Wednesday and Thursday.
