ATLANTA — Police are looking for the thieves seen driving a stolen car with an unusual license plate. The car belongs to two active duty Army sergeants who are also Atlanta Falcons super fans.
Hollenn and Joseph Adelekun are active military personnel stationed in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and native Atlantans.
Hollenn Adelekun told Channel 2’s Liz Artz Thursday that she was in Atlanta for a birthday party Oct. 22, when someone stole her husband's Dodge Charger from an art studio.
"My husband is a big Atlanta Falcons fan and it had (a) 'RIZE UP"' active duty military tag," Hollenn Adelekun said.
The car is black with red interior and has that RIZE UP tag.

She said the thieves took it to the Falcons' game the next day where they were spotted by police not once, but twice.
"They did spot them chased them for a little while they lost them went back to the game with vehicle followed and lost them again,” Adelekun said
According to a police report, the car was used in various crimes throughout the city during the 11 days the bad guys had it before it was discovered at a southwest Atlanta apartment complex.
The Adelekuns have not seen their car since it was found, but say they're thrilled it's no longer in the hands of criminals.
Hollenn said she is concerned for the other potential victims of crimes committed by the thieves using her car.
As for the thieves she had this to say:
"Would you really put your entire future in jeopardy just for a joyride. Was it really all worth it?"
