ROME, Ga. — Rome Police said they are concerned for the safety of a missing 14-year-old girl.
They asked for the public’s help locating Alana Phillips, who has been missing since Monday morning.
Alana may also refer to herself as “Jacob” or “Heaven.” Anyone who knows someone by either of those names and matches Alana’s description is asked to contact law enforcement.
Alana is approximately 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. She has brown hair, blue eyes and wears glasses.
She was last known to be wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans.
Alana is believed to be traveling in a 2007 burgundy Chevrolet Tahoe with Georgia license plate SHP 5309.
The Tahoe was last seen in the Shannon, Georgia area. At the time Alana left, the vehicle was believed to have less than one-quarter tank of gas.
Alana’s Life360 location is not currently providing location information, and investigators are working to determine where she or the vehicle may have traveled.
Anyone who saw the vehicle Monday morning or has seen it since — even outside the Rome and Floyd County area — is encouraged to report that information, police said.
Anyone who sees Alana or the vehicle, or has any information that could help investigators determine her location is urged to contact 911 or the Rome Police Department immediately.
