COBB COUNTY — Two people have been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in a Carrabba's parking lot Monday afternoon.
The shooting happened just before 2 p.m. Monday in the restaurant’s parking lot on Cumberland Boulevard. The victim was identified as Mezaio Pickett.
According to police, 22-year-old Vincent Brooks and 22-year-old Damien Scott were taken into custody on Wednesday.
The suspects are charged with homicide-murder and aggravated assault.
