Payne and her mother then reportedly got into her mother’s car and drove away. Hidleburg is said to have then followed them and blocked in their vehicle. He then pulled Payne from the car, dragged her to his vehicle and drove off toward I-675 northbound.

As of 8:15 a.m., police said she was found and is safe. Hidleburg is still missing.

Police said Hidleburg is 28, has tattoos on his face, is about 5 foot 9 inches tall, weighs about 150 pounds and his brown eyes and black hair.
