Prosecutors say Jackson, 56, of Fayetteville and unnamed co-conspirators recruited more than ten people with good credit between 2015 and 2017 to apply for loans to buy luxury vehicles in Georgia and Texas.

They add that Jackson told the victims that they planned to sublease the cars to people with high income, but poor credit.

Jackson also told the victims that one of the co-conspirators owned a car-leasing business that would service the cars and handle insurance and loan payments.

The victims then submitted loan applications with false information about their income and employment.

Prosecutors say that many of the applications falsely stated that the victims worked for either Alot Frontier Group, LLC or ARC Financial Group, Inc., both of which are fake companies owned by Jackson.

In addition to breaking the agreements the victims made with their lenders, Jackson and his co-conspirators did not make the loan payments.

This case was investigated by the U.S. Secret Service.
