CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Police have issued arrest warrants for four teenagers wanted in the shooting of a Clayton State student over the weekend.
The shooting happened around 10:30 a.m. Saturday inside Laker Hall. The student who was shot is in critical condition at Grady Memorial Hospital.

Clayton State says the suspects are not students at the school and were in Laker Hall without knowledge or consent of the university.
Investigators identified Zydarius Arkady Brewer, 18; Braylen Tremaine Staples, 19; Ra’him Sykes, 18; and, Terrance Woods, 18, all from LaGrange, as suspects.

The car they were driving was caught on the on-campus surveillance system as it was leaving the area. The car was later found in LaGrange at 1:30 p.m. Saturday with no one inside.
Investigators say the shooting was not a random incident.

All four suspects are charged with aggravated assault and aggravated battery. They are now in police custody.
