COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Following the team’s exciting Wild Card series win, the Atlanta Braves will hold a team sendoff celebration Friday before leaving for Los Angeles for the National League Division Series.
The team invites fans to line the sidewalks outside the Right Field Gate at Truist Park to cheer on the Braves. The celebration starts at 12:30 p.m. before the bus departs at 1 p.m.

The Braves head to Los Angeles after beating the Philadelphia Phillies in the National League Wild Card Series, two games to one.
The Dodgers will host Game 1 and Game 2 of the NLDS on Saturday and Sunday before the series shifts back to Atlanta on Tuesday. If necessary, Game 4 would also be in Atlanta on Wednesday and Game 5 would be Oct. 9 back in Los Angeles.

The Braves also plan to host watch parties on the Plaza Green in The Battery Atlanta for the away games.
Those watch parties will include performances by BLOOPER, the Braves Heavy Hitters and Tomahawk Team, plus photo opportunities with the 2026 NL East Division pennant and tailgating games.
The Braves said the watch parties will start about 90 minutes before each game. Here is the NLDS schedule.
- Game 1: 4 p.m. first pitch; watch party starts 2:30 p.m.
- Game 2: 8 p.m. first pitch; watch party starts 6:30 p.m.
- Game 3: 6 p.m. first pitch; gates open two hours before
- Game 4*: 6 p.m. first pitch; gates would open two hours before
- Game 5*: 8 p.m. first pitch; watch party would start at 6:30 p.m.
