EATONTON, Ga. — A bank teller at the People's Bank in Eatonton was arrested for stealing $32,850.
Investigators told Channel 2’s Carl Willis that former bank teller Jeanette Williams made a withdrawal of her own, stealing more than $32,000.
Monday she was arrested at the bank. %

"What about the rest of them? Aren't some more involved?" asked customer Sam Crawford.
Eatonton police and now the FBI are looking into that. They say they do expect to make more arrests.
Williams has already bonded out of jail.
Willis went by her address listed in police records, but relatives wouldn't let Willis speak with her.
“I'd like to speak with her,” Willis asked a woman who answered the door.
"The best thing for you to do is leave," the woman told Willis.
Willis also spoke with bank customers Friday. Some of them are good friends of Williams and more willing to speak.
They were stunned that the 47-year-old is charged with felony theft by taking.
"From what I know of her, I don't think it's true. But time will tell, and I hope it isn't," said customer Gary Waller.
Investigators wouldn't confirm how Williams and the other suspects allegedly stole tens of thousands of dollars.
"It is shocking. Shocking to hear it. I hate the name that was involved in it. I hate that it happened," Walker said.
"You don't know how long it's been going on and you really don't know how many are involved in it," Crawford said.
