A person inside the apartment was arrested and being questioned for the shooting, according to police.
“We have a person of interest who is being interviewed at our headquarters right now,” Germain Dearlove with Atlanta police said.
It is unclear what led up to this shooting, but police said they were investigating whether or not it was domestic-related.
People who live in the apartment complex told Channel 2′s Tom Jones that there is too much violence going on in the area.
“We just had something like that happen in this neighborhood,” neighbor Brandon Jones said.
