ATLANTA — A 21-year-old woman’s body was found inside a northwest Atlanta apartment after a man showed up at a gas station with multiple gunshot wounds.
Channel 2′s Kristen Holloway learned that the shooting happened at the apartment near Joseph E. Boone Boulevard and Westlake Avenue early Friday morning.

The man was taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition.
The injured man went to the gas station for help. When officers arrived, he alerted them to the woman inside the apartment nearby. Inside they found the woman dead and a baby uninjured.
Police and homicide detectives are at the scene investigating. They aren’t sure what the cause of the shooting is just yet.
