Three men got out of the car and ran from the crash.
Police then continued their chase on foot before arresting all three men. The identities of those suspects and their charges have not been released.
Spokespeople at Bold Monk Brewing Co. on Ellsworth Industrial Blvd. say the crash happened just outside their business, and caused them to be without power for a time.
