ATLANTA — The family of a pedestrian killed by a hit-and-run driver wants the suspect to come forward.

Even more than that, they want city officials to put speed bumps or something to slow down traffic on the road where their loved one was recently killed.

According to police, Wayne Bauman, 60, was walking along Martin Luther King Jr. Drive nearly two months ago when a driver lost control and hit the victim from behind before hitting a wall and stopping across the street in a park. The driver then left the scene.

“There needs to be a light, speed bumps, something. The cars are just flying,” Christina Bauman said.

The victim's sisters, Christina and Diane, walked their brother's exact path Wednesday with Channel 2’s Tyisha Fernandes and said they were terrified by what they saw.
