ATLANTA — Atlanta police released the personnel file of an officer under investigation for both a deadly shooting and claims of unnecessary force.
Yasin Abdulahad has been working for APD for more than a decade.
His 66-page file shows he’s never really been in trouble for anything major.

Complaints filed by his supervisors and citizens vary from him being late and not obeying his supervisor to a 2008 complaint of maltreatment and unnecessary use of force.
He was cleared in that case.
Adulahad is now accused of shooting a man to death outside the APD annex building and attacking a man outside of a Midtown bar.
“When this incident happened there was no way we could foresee that this officer would be involved in a shooting,” Atlanta police Sgt. Warren Pickard said.
The shooting death is being investigated by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
