ATLANTA — Atlanta police have released video of a person of interest in the investigation into a woman's death at Underground Atlanta.

Lt. Charles Hampton held a news conference Friday where he showed surveillance video of a man, wearing a construction hat, who police believe was the last person to talk to 26-year-old Misha Moore.

Moore was found in a stairwell Tuesday with gunshot wounds to the neck.

The person of interest was wearing a hard hat with some stickers on it, a long jacket and construction boots.

"We know there's construction going on with the new stadium, so we are hoping that someone can recognize him," Hampton said.

Channel 2's Matt Johnson learned a $2,000 reward is being offered in the case.

The victim's family described her as someone with a “good heart” and said they have been concerned about her for a month.

Johnson spoke to one of Moore's relatives on the phone who said she had been worried about her sister since she left New York a month ago without her three children, including a 3-month-old son.

"She loved them. I know she loved them, but she was struggling with life. It was a lot that she couldn't really accept or show them how she felt, but I know she loved her kids," the relative said.

Police are still hoping for potential witnesses to come forward, especially since the shooting took place near Georgia State.

“We're hoping if any students from Georgia State were walking around, anyone that may have saw Misha and this gentlemen walking together, overheard some kind of conversation, anything to call CrimeStoppers,” said Lt. Hampton.
