The whole incident was caught on camera. The social media video sent to Channel 2 Action News shows a black pick-up truck doing donuts in the middle of Northside Drive and 17th Street Sunday evening.

Channel 2′s Michael Doudna talked with witnesses who were there when this all happened.

People could only watch Sunday as a truck slammed into several individuals and injured one.

“It was scary at first when I heard all the commotion outside,” Sheniqua Hoover told Channel 2 Action News.

Hoover lives nearby and recorded as people fled the chaos.

But the scene on Northside Dr. was not the only one Sunday.

Lilburn police caught another street racer that closed down an intersection.
