ATLANTA — Police have issued an arrest warrant for an Oklahoma woman in connection to the case of a missing Georgia mother who was later found dead in a cabin in North Georgia.
Rossana Delgado of Barrow County disappeared April 16. Her body was discovered in a cabin in Gilmer County more than one week later.
Calvin Harvard, 28, was arrested and charged with evidence tampering and theft by receiving stolen property in the case.
Now, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said it has obtained a murder warrant for Carolina Jazmin Rodriguez-Ramirez, 28, of Oklahoma. She is believed to be in Mexico with at least one other suspect in the case, Mario Alberto Barbosa-Juarez.

Delgado’s husband said his wife was finishing a fare driving for a taxi service when she vanished. She was at Plaza Fiesta off Buford Highway when he last talked to her. She said she was about to drive her client to a house 30 minutes away.
