Waffle House says it has closed more than 350 stores as the coronavirus crisis continues to spread across the country.

Just last week the company tweeted that their dining rooms were closed but the restaurant chain was still open for takeout orders.

Earlier this month we told you about Waffle House employee, Joey Camp, who had tested positive for the virus at one of the locations in Canton.

The company said Tuesday that it had closed 365 stores across the country and more than 1,600 remained open.

Twelve other employees had to quarantine themselves, even though none of them showed symptoms at the time.

Camp ended up being moved to the isolation facility at Hard Labor Creek State Park in Morgan County until he got over the virus.

He was released on March 15.
