ATLANTA — A local homeowner said he was burglarized twice in the same day by the same crooks.
“It is one thing to know it happened. It is another thing to watch it unfold minute by minute,” homeowner Claude Anderson said.
Anderson told Channel 2's Lauren Pozen that, on Tuesday morning, when his wife got home to their house along Defoors Mill Drive NW, she noticed something was off.
“Sure enough, the back door and the window had been bashed through,” Anderson said.
He said he started to look around to see if anything was gone.
“I go upstairs to find a huge TV missing. Jewelry was missing, including my wife’s engagement ring and some jewelry that was handed down by her grandmother,” Anderson said.
His neighbor’s security camera captured the crime in progress.
