ATLANTA — Authorities are searching for a driver who smashed into an Atlanta fire engine on Friday night.
Fire officials saw a crew was working an emergency scene on I-20 eastbound near Martin Luther King Jr. Drive NW.

While on the scene, a driver crashed into the fire engine, causing significant damage.
Instead of stopping, officials say the driver kept going.

Georgia Department of Transportation cameras in the area showed two right lanes blocked as crews cleared the crash.
No firefighters were hurt.
