ATLANTA — The Atlanta Hawks updated the condition of forward DeMarre Carroll who suffered a leg injury in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
The team reports Carroll suffered a knee sprain, and he will be listed as questionable.
Carroll was injured during the fourth quarter as he drove toward the basket.
Carroll was helped off the court as it appeared he could not put any pressure on his left leg.
An MRI showing it was a knee sprain calmed the fears of many that Carroll's postseason was over.

The Hawks will play the Cavaliers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals at Phillips Arena on Friday at 8:30 p.m.
