“For years, the Fayetteville Dwarf House has been a place where familiar faces, good food, and cherished memories come together. We’re so grateful for the community that has made this place feel like home, and we can’t wait to share what’s next,” the restaurant wrote on social media.
A Chick-fil-A spokesperson confirmed to Channel 2 Action News that the restaurant will reopen next year as a Truett’s.

Chick-fil-A says their Truett’s locations honor founder S. Truett Cathy’s legacy. Each Truett’s location offers specialty menu items and Cathy family heirlooms and memorabilia displayed around the restaurant.
The Fayetteville location isn’t the only Dwarf House that had a makeover recently. The original location in Hapeville had a renovation in 2022, but still has its iconic “Little Red Door,” stools from the 1967 front counter, multicolored stained-glass windows and repurposed bricks.
The other Dwarf Houses can be found in Forest Park, Jonesboro and Riverdale.
