COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Another alleged victim has come forward to accuse a Kennesaw chiropractor of inappropriately touching her.

Shortly after Channel 2 Action News aired a story Tuesday about sexual battery allegations against Dr. Robert Waterstone, Mary Brooks came forward and said the same thing happened to her.

Channel 2’s Richard Elliot was there as Brooks called Kennesaw Police Department to report her former chiropractor for what she says was inappropriate touching.

“I am one of the victims of Dr. Robert Waterstone in Kennesaw,” Brooks told the police department over the phone.

Brooks claims that during an acupuncture procedure at Waterstone’s home in 2013, he touched her inappropriately twice while her husband waited upstairs.

She said she made him stop, and started to leave.

“I wasn't expecting that from him,” said Brooks.

Brooks said she didn’t tell her husband for more than a year, because she feared what he might do. But once they both saw Channel 2’s story, she decided to tell him.

“I said, ‘Honey, those women are not lying. They’re telling the truth because Waterstone tried to feel me the same way,’” said Brooks.

Channel 2’s Richard Elliot called Waterstone, but he had no comment.

Brooks thinks the state should prevent Waterstone from practicing.

“They ought to take his doggone license from him. That’s what they need to do,” said Brooks.

Kennesaw police have not said whether they will add an additional misdemeanor charge against Waterstone for the latest allegation.
