TRENTON, Ga. — A 20-year-old man from Dade County, Ga. was arrested by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation for sexually exploiting children.
Seth Roberts, of Trenton, was under investigation by the GBI’s cyber crimes unit since September 2024, after they got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
The tip given to the GBI’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit said Roberts may have been in possession of and distributing child sexual abuse material.
Investigators got a search warrant for his home and a warrant for his arrest, with the Dade County Sheriff’s Office, the Trenton Police Department and the GBI Regional Investigative Office in Calhoun working together to serve the warrants.
After, Roberts was booked into the Dade County Jail.
