Bibb County deputies arrested Preston Brown, 72, on outstanding warrants related to theft by deception and exploitation of elderly persons.
Authorities said Brown operates a business called “P. Brown Memorials,” where he allegedly accepts payments from victims in exchange for slabs or gravestones for their loved ones.
Investigators say those services were never completed.
