ATLANTA — The Federal Aviation Administration tells Channel 2 Action News a Delta flight from San Diego to Atlanta has been diverted to Phoenix for an emergency.
The plane has landed safely, according to FAA officials, but the plane had to declare an emergency after the right engine shut down.
