GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A Gwinnett County man has been banned from all Target stores across the metro Atlanta area.
Police said the man used a cell phone camera to take pictures of a woman who was shopping.
Police arrested 28-year-old Juan Morales-Garcia. He is facing felony peeping tom charges after an incident at a Duluth Super Target.
Police said he used a cell phone to take photos up a woman's dress in the electronics department on Saturday.
Morales-Garcia is out of jail on bond. A condition of his bond states that he cannot visit any Target store.
