PAULDING COUNTY, Ga.,None — A crash in Paulding County injured three people on Monday morning, including two children on the way to school, police said.
2 Children Injured In Paulding County Crash
A Toyota Tundra collided with a Ford f-250 on Dallas-Nebo Road near Sam Alexander Road trapping the drivers and passengers inside their cars, police said.
Channel 2's Jeff Dore reported one of the children was taken by helicopter to Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, the other child was taken to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite.
Police told Dore both children, a boy and girl, were 13 years old.
One adult driver was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, and another refused treatment, authorities said.
The Georgia State Patrol closed the road for three hours while they investigated the crash.
Police told Dore the small rise in the road where it curves had no history with previous wrecks.
