NEW YORK — Two children from Atlanta have made the top five finalists for "Live with Regis and Kelly's" Beautiful Baby Search contest.
Maggie Sue Romeo, 3, from Braselton was chosen along with John Jeffrey Simmons, 17 months from Mableton as part of the top five semi-finalists in the Beautiful Baby Search.
The top five finalists will join Regis and Kelly in New York, live on Wednesday's show, and take part in a photo shoot for Parenting Early Years Magazine. From those photos, the winning baby will be determined by the "Live" staff and the staff of Parenting Early Years. The winner will be announce live on Friday's show.
The winner receives $125,000 from Gerber, toward a college education.
