STEP BY STEP RECIPE:
1. Dice watermelon, about 3 cups
2. Dice 1/2 cup of bell pepper
3. Chop 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro
4. Chop 3 tablespoons of green onion
5. Cut 2 tablespoons of jalapeno pepper. Remove seeds or add a few for heat.
6. Squeeze 2 tablespoons of lime juice
7. Gently toss all of the ingredients and then add 2 teaspoons of garlic salt
