ATLANTA — Food & Wine Magazine named the Sugar Factory the “Most Instagrammed Restaurant in the United States” several years ago. With a new breakfast dish, it might reclaim that title.
The Atlanta location unveiled its limited-edition Insane Double Stack Rainbow Pancakes dish this weekend. The offering includes 10 colorful pancakes served with warm maple syrup, powdered sugar, chocolate chips, gummy bears, strawberries, whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles. The $26 meal includes a signature rubber duckie for guests to take home.
The pancake platter is available Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
That’s not the only Instagrammable breakfast dish from the Sugar Factory. The Peachtree Street restaurant also offers the Donut Burger.
It includes 8 oz. of certified black angus beef, sandwiched between a freshly made glazed donut, topped with a grilled cheese sandwich, pepper jack cheese, applewood bacon and dusted with powdered sugar.
Other popular dishes from the restaurant include the Sugar Factory Rainbow Sliders, insane milkshakes and the “World Famous Sugar Factory King Kong Sundae” that serves 12 people, has 24 scoops of ice cream and costs $99.
With the social distancing protocols currently in place, guests are strongly encouraged to book a reservation in advance.
