TROUP COUNTY, Ga. — Sheriff's investigators said someone found the body of 48-year-old Michael Anthony Starnes in northern Troup County.
They said Starnes died sometime Friday afternoon or evening, March 14, in the area of McCosh Mill Road.
Investigators said Starnes is from Heard County.
