BEN HILL COUNTY, Ga. — Dozens of officers are searching for a dangerous escapee who broke out of a south Georgia jail.
He's accused of murdering a lottery winner.

The sheriff said Holcomb made it onto the roof, where he discarded his pink jumpsuit and somehow escaped Wednesday afternoon,
Holcomb is accused of killing Craigory Burch Jr.
The south Georgia father won more than $434,000 playing the Fantasy Five lottery game.
Investigators say Holcomb and six others broke into Burch's Fitzgerald home in March, demanded cash, and shot him to death.
Burch's girlfriend said Burch begged his killers not to shoot him in front of "my kids and old lady."%

At the time, the sheriff dedicated significant resources to find his killers.
"We've kept these officers on this case around the clock, seven days a week, 'til we got it solved. And the people of Fitzgerald can rest assured when we have a crime, we'll devote whatever time it takes to get the job done," said Ben Hill County Sheriff Bobby McLemore.
Investigators say Holcomb is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
The sheriff said there are 40 cameras in the area where Holcomb escaped. He said they're still trying to determine how he got away.
