Patchy dense fog has developed across the Southern Appalachian Region this morning. Locally dense fog will reduce visibilitie to one quarter mile or less. When traveling this morning, use caution and slow down and be prepared for visibility to fall to near zero with little to no warning. The fog will dissipate by mid-morning with mostly sunny to partly cloudy sky and very warm conditions expected this afternoon. $$
