    The 2019 NBA Finals are set.

    The Toronto Raptors will face the Golden State Warriors after Toronto Raptors defeated the Milwaukee Bucks in six games for the Eastern Conference title.

    The Warriors swept the Portland Trail Blazers to win their fifth straight Western Conference title. 

    The NBA Finals will start Thursday in Toronto. It will mark the first time a finals game is played outside the United States.

    The 2019 NBA Finals will be the first championship since 2015 that does not feature the Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Golden State took home the Larry O'Brien trophy in 2015, 2017 and 2018. 

    The Raptors have never appeared in the NBA Finals and swept the season series with the Warriors. Toronto won the first meeting in overtime 131-128 and the second meeting 113-93.
